Ideal for use by sports people because of its effect on muscles (warming). Ideal travel companion, peppermint is an ingredient in our Travel roller ball. It will help to calm upset tummies and head aches. Best not used on children under three.

Extensively used as a flavouring in food and the cosmetic industries. Available in a Hydrolat. Has been said to be not compatible with homeopathic treatments, but in most cases homeopathics can be used 20 minutes after being exposed to an essential oil.

Put where you don't want ants.

Blends well with Rosemary, Benzoin, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram and Eucalyptus.

A member of the Lamiaceae family, a perennial herb up to one meter high. Self propagated by sending out extensive under ground runners. Deep green leaves. Cultivated world wide, thought to have originated in the East. Extra info: like many of the essential oils less can be more: I have found that over stated usage can actually over simulate, increasing blood pressure, leading to a headache.

Familia: Lamiaceae
Género: Mentha
Nombre binomial
Mentha × piperita L.
