Relaxing feel-good bath: Add 1-2 drops to 1 cup of cream or 10 ml of a carrier oil and distribute the mixture evenly in the warm bath water.

ABOUT THE PLANT

Fennel, like chamomile, is associated with most people when they were children, when, for example, the tea was often taken for stomach ache because of its reputed calming effects. Fennel belongs to the umbelliferae family and won the Medicinal Plant of the Year award in 2009.
