About the plant

Ledum is known in Germany as swamp porst or wild rosemary and can be found in the moors of Northern and Eastern Europe, North America and Northern Asia. The plant has a camphor-like scent and was previously used as an ingredient in beer. In naturopathy, the main chemical ingredients beta-selinene, limonene, sabinene, alpha-beta-pinene are used against injuries to muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments.
