In search of the ideal composition for festive meals, we come across "Pomanders", amber balls, jewels receptacles of perfumes from centuries past and "Pommes d'ambre" or citrus fruits studded with cloves. Their citrus scents enhanced with spices form gourmet allusions to pastries and mulled wines. The warm and joyful scents of cinnamon are essential. The transporting and moving scent of Olibanum incense resin completes an olfactory palette capable of creating a magical and festive atmosphere.
