Directions for use

Choose an incense that emits little smoke, such as Japanese incense. There are sticks or cones that last only 15 minutes, which is convenient. Choosing the right incense holder is important: Opt for a simple holder to place in the hotel ashtray, a compact bowl, or an elongated incense holder. For non-smokers, don't forget matches or a lighter!

Chamaemelum nobile is an annual plant of the daisy family (Asteraceae). Renowned for its digestive and sleep-inducing properties in infusion, it is rarely used in incense. Here, in the form of flower powder, it has a harmonizing, soothing function and a bittersweet olfactory contribution.
