ABOUT THE PLANT
Lemon balm comes from the eastern Mediterranean and belongs to the mint family. Already in the Middle Ages, the herbaceous plant was a panacea and its benefits for body and soul were praised. The lemon balm can live up to 30 years and grow up to 90 cm high.
