ABOUT THE PLANT

Aloe Vera is subordinate to the Asphodel family. Its trunk is about 30 cm. Its leaves are a few centimeters wide and are characterized by a greenish color. These have the property of storing moisture and thus protecting the entire plant from possible dehydration. The aloe vera is up to ten years old and is known as a miracle skin plant, as it has proven itself in naturopathy in the treatment of various skin problems.

Peppermint is considered a hybrid plant that is grown all over the world. It is often used in teas because of its refreshing taste and smell. According to legend, peppermint grew in the garden of the goddess Venus. Therefore, the flowers are also called tiaras of Venus. Peppermint also contains a high proportion of limonene, which is known to have an analgesic effect. As a result, peppermint oil is often used in naturopathy for headaches.
