Monoi Tiarè has always been associated with the beauty of Polynesian women and their wonderful hair. It is obtained by macerating the highly scented Tiarè flowers in Coconut Oil. Also known as Solar Oil , Monoi Tiarè helps maintain a tan longer and more intensely and evenly, preventing the formation of unsightly depigmented patches. It also repairs damage caused by excessive sun exposure and keeps the skin elastic . It does not contain sun filters, it is not recommended for skin at first exposure, for children and for delicate skin. 

A hand and foot compress will make your hands softer and more cared for, and will prevent your heels from becoming hard and cracked .

An excellent ally for hair: it protects it from wind, sun and salt , combats dryness and leaves it silky and untangled. A pre-shampoo pack restores shine and softness, to be done by applying Monoi Tiarè on the scalp and ends and covering everything with a shower cap for 30 minutes. Then proceed with a delicate shampoo, such as the one with wild Helichrysum from Sardinia. Repeat the treatment daily (even with application times of 15/20 minutes) to combat dry scalp and dandruff.

Curiosity : Present in the traditional Tahitian pharmacopoeia, Tiarè is used above all for the preparation of the perfumed Monoi, rich in vitamin E, with an antioxidant action, which limits the formation of free radicals, among the main causes of skin aging.

Monoi is used regularly by the entire Tahitian population for body and hair care, to preserve, soften and moisturize the skin, protect, nourish and polish the hair. The beauty product par excellence of the Vahine women, Monoi was also used by Maori navigators during sea expeditions in large canoes, to protect themselves from the cold, strong winds and salt water.
