Camellia Oil has traditionally been used for skin and hair care in Japan for thousands of years. A high content of the fatty acid oleic acid means that this oil is particularly useful as conditioner. It also has an astringent effect which is helpful for oily skin.

Camellia oil is non-comodogenic (it doesn’t block pores) and it soaks into the skin easily without leaving a greasy residue. Its high levels of vitamins and anti-oxidants are of particular benefit to protect the skin against environmental damage, and as a natural source of squalene it is nourishing and rejuvenating.
